“I purchased the Hiplok Ride Shield, this product retails at 120 pounds, but I bought in the sale for 60 pounds. I think I would still buy this product for around 20 pounds, but now having fitted it to my car, I would highly recomend you use two old sheets or a dust sheet for better protection. The mat does not taper out towards the front seats so there is an area that is not protected on the rear folded down seats, on either side of the mat, the material seems ok, but it does not look like it will take well to taking it out of the car and cleaning it with a hose and soap which you will invitable need to do if your riding off road after a while. They are suggesting you put one of the wheels into a bag within the security cover which would offer zero protection to your frame. For a retail price of 120 I had expected some kind of Evoc quality design, but this looks like it was maufactured for less than a fiver. It might be ok if you road ride, but I still would never put a wheel into the pocket that they are suggesting, so all in all it will work fine if you also use some simple dust sheets on top of it.”

The top of the Ride Shield does taper out to protect the back of the seats so we're sorry to hear this hasn't offered enough protection. “When I bought the product and completed the registration process it said I could have a 10 % discount voucher, I tried to use this on buying another identical lock at£300, it didn't work when I contacted Customer Service they said it wasn't valid on this lock. So I would have bought 2 locks and had a discount on the second which would of been £30. I bought another lock from Litelock a competitor and have now got four of their locks. It seems very short sighted to me.”

These are a rip-off IMO!
They can be broken with ease, any everyday piece of theft kit will do it, even just squeezing them with a pair of pliers.
IF I had bought them on Amazon I would have sent them back, they are That bad!”
