“Arrived in good shape but I was a bit surprised at how brittle the newspaper is. I am giving it as a gift and need to tell the recipient to handle with extreme care.”

“The service was very good. There was a little hiccup with the item stuck in UK Customs but it did arrive before our event. Communication was very good and I appreciated the use of FedEx to deliver the item. I did find the pages a bit difficult to read. I totally understand the pages had to be shrunk to fit the book but some were difficult to read. But I sort of expected that from the age of the original papers. Overall, we were very happy with the purchase.”

“Glad to receive it on time as the estimate delivery time. Good quality, really good idea for people who love newspapers. The only one thing is I wish the website can send out shipping updates and tracking numbers automatically, not only wait till I asked customer service, it kinda gave me heart attack, since this is a time sensitive package. However, thank you for replying me email regarding to tracking number ASAP.”

“Product was fine but packaging was poor. The shipping box was not strong and the internal gift wrap box was crushed. Needs to include a layer of bubble wrap”

“This is a very unique item and I bought it for my boss who has everything. One thing I will say is it is a lot bigger than I expected. It may be hard for him to display. My only issue is that the protective layer before the newspaper came wrinkled and doesn’t appear to be able to fix.”

“Loved the paper! My uncle was delighted with the gift for his 70th birthday. Very unique idea and perfect for a history buff like him. The reason i only gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because of the late arrival. The estimated delivery was between Wednesday - Friday but it didnt arrive until the following Monday, missing the actual birthday on Saturday. Not too much of a disappointment as it worked out but a lesson to others to order in plenty of time.”

“Very nice idea, and a good idea to get someone that has everything. The only criticism is that I wish the box I paid an extra £5 for was actually the right size for the newspaper. The newspaper is neatly wrapped in tissue paper and seems to rattle around in the box, as it is far too big.”

“The product itself was absolutely wonderful and my dad was so pleased. it was his 90th birthday and I've never seen him look so chuffed about anything. The reason for the 4 and not 5 rating is because it actually arrived two days after his birthday despite me ordering it a full week before which was extremely disappointing but overall very happy.”

“The item took over a week to arrive even though I paid for a speedy delivery. When it did arrive I was disappointed with the result. The pages were just photocopies of the originals and were of poor quality, faded or blurred. I didn't expect the original newspaper but a better reproduction. After saying all of this the person who received it was pleased with it so not a total disappointment. As a result of this I gave it 4 stars in my review.”
