“First placed an order with them on the 16th May. It’s my dads birthday on the 2nd of June so I placed the order in plenty of time. The book then arrived about a week or so later and it had so many marks and scraps all over it. I emailed pictures and I got a response 4 days later saying they will send out another free of charge. I explained at this point it’s now very close to my dads birthday and it needed within the week. It took them another 3 days to dispatch and they’ve sent it standard delivery rather than express. I now have no gift for my dads 60th birthday. Really not happy with the customer service. Had they acted with more urgency and sent the item first class then this would be a different review. Not at all happy. This was a printing error on their behalf, I would have excpected the company to do what they could to make things right and send a replacement ASAP. Really disappointing.”

“I ordered the historic cricket book for my Dads 80th birthday. Was easy to order and was delivered by the date that I was told. I opted to have it personalised with a message for my dad and have to say this was the only bit that was a little disappointing. It was just a square of paper stuck into the book with my message typed onto it... I don’t know why but I was expecting a little more than that. Other than that I think the book is great value and a great buy for a milestone birthday.”

“I got the book for my mums 80th Birthday With a newspaper headline for every year from her birth . I filled the opposite page with photos from when she was born , married , had children and grandchildren . She cried when she opened it . She absolutely loved every page and couldn’t stop talking about it . Worth every penny and would highly recommend. Something that can be kept forever and handed down the family .”

“Ordered for a birthday present with confirmation that we would receive no later than the day before the birthday and the fact the book was relevant to the date we expected to receive it in time. What actually happened is we was informed of it’s despatch the day before the birthday and was sent by standard delivery resulting in us receiving the order two days after the big day. Can’t say if the product is worth the cost as we have had no feedback from the recipient but if you are considering making a purchase I would recommend allowing more than the 11 days we did.”
