“The gift was wonderful, presented beautifully in a gift box. The only reason I am marking down a star is due to their lack of acknowledgment to the recipient that it was a gift. After enquiring was told there was no option to enclose a note, so the recipient would know where it came from. Very disappointing. I had to write my name in the receipts name box instead and hope they noticed. What a shame you can’t print a note out.”
