“Website informative and easy to navigate. My order arrived in good time, beautifully wrapped in a lovely box... +£5 for the box... However, I got the wrong date (for the birthday), I phoned customer service expecting to be told that they don't exchange... However the lovely lady accepted the error and happily gave me a refund code and advised me to order another and return the incorrect one. The correct one came within two working day's (paid priority delivery... Get Proof of postage) and the refund was processed quickly. Cant fault the after sale care. Thank you so much. X Ps. He loved it!!! :) x”

“I was asked to source a National newspaper for my new grandson's birthdate, as Mum n Dad were keen to have one for his memory box, but are busy taking care of him. It has just been their 1st wedding anniversary too (paper) so this seemed a good fit. I requested the Observer for his birthdate and ordered through Historic Newspapers. Ordering was very simple. Despite the Covid situation, my order arrived promptly and therefore in time to present as a small but welcome gift.”

“Knew this service was out there and wanted to get something special for my 2 grandsons for the future. The ordering process could be much improved, difficult to work out what you've ordered and particularly on the personalisation section. I didn't get it quite right so had to order again for completeness. However the delivered product was excellent but it turned out to be far more expensive than first envisaged, but my choice and it was for 2 special people but wouldn't normally pay so much for a backdated copy of The Graundian.....”
