How many days does it take to get your clothes delivered when you pay for it on mail okay

I don’t like the idea that customers have to pay for their own bags, even though is for a good cause. I was disappointed when they ask for 10ct a bag. Is not about the money is about that should not be collected from customers Are you the only store doing this? Have not seen any one else doing it.
