NEVER order online from them. They make returns not worth effort of cost. You have to fill out forms and mail it back yourself at your cost. The size of the box makes it ridiculously expensive as you CANNOT return to the store. Complete rip off. I will never buy anything from them again.

They do not refund online purchases to the original payment. Only store credit! Such BS. I checked the return policy before I bought stuff knowing I would be returning some of and it says with receipt you will receive a refund. That means money back not store credit Hobby Lobby! You are a horrible company. Total BS.

Their return policy: Damaged goods cannot be returned to my local store, I must repackage and ship to their return center, I pay shipping and they will not refund the original shipping cost.
