ordered on line the end of April. They changed the order date to May 2. They said ship date was May 4th, which didn't happen. DHL will not allow me to track. 3 emails to customer service yielded no results. Reps didn't seem to care and they haven't even bothered to return my 3rd email. I will NEVER ordered from them again. EVER. Customer service sucks. Bad attitudes. They took my money but won't help me find my merchandise.

Customer service is terrible. Beware ordering online, if you have any issues they have very poor service & not customer oriented. Losing many returning customers.

I feel that these managers are not trade-in customer service they're strictly trained in making money that is the way it felt and therefore I do not need to do any more business with Hobby Lobby anywhere.
