Just been in Charlton hobbycraft, one of the coworker ( Ines ) was very rude and bad communication just because I didn't now the proper name in English of something I need it to buy, but the cashier ( Sirma )was very friendly and polite the opposite of ( Ines )

My daughter picked this puppet dog out of clearance shelf with no price tag on it and as I pay I find out this thingy costs £18 !!! I mean not that I want to return it since she loves him but £18 ? Wow. I understand comparing is silly but you can get 5 of these or an electronic puppy for less than that from elsewhere. Won't be back with a child,, but by myself :) all the other purchases were fantastic and great deals 👍

I went into the Inverness store today and couldn't find the item I was looking for but I did find another item I needed. I mentioned to Graham who served me at the till and he assured me we did have the item needed in store so we went and had a look together. We found what was needed and went back to the till and I paid for my items. He was friendly, efficient and we had a wee bit of banter too about customer service in general. I live in Elgin and Inverness is my nearest branch so I appreciated that he took the time to help and had a friendly manner too. All in all a great customer experience.

Click and collect worked well..until I picked up my item that was a gift and it had a dirty great security sticker right on the front that will not come off without tearing the packaging..I know it's only the box but it looks rubbish to give someone a tatty pressie...epic fail hobbycraft!

Shocking service If you order on line for click and collect uou hsve to spend over £10 We wanted a extra item that was in store whilst collecting our order___as it was'nt on line we were unable to purchase it .Absolute joke Unable to get through on phone lines at customer service as phones are not manned I think customers will go elsewhere

Normally I am very happy with this shop, but today I was disappointed.... whilst queuing to pay for something, I noticed the half price display near the tills .... I went over & picked up a lovely bag which I wanted to get but it had no half price or full price tag on it, so I took it with me to the till & asked the assistant how much the bag was in their half price sale.... she scanned it & said that it was not in the sale until tomorrow, even though they had the half price sale signs up ! To say I was disappointed would be an understatement! Surely they shouldn't have the half price sale items on show until the actual day if they're not half price?
