I received part of my order put packaging in bin but when I've phoned about rest of order they were of no help. As I'm disabled I can't get to the shop to make purchases, thought online would be good. They have taken my money but I don't have all my purchases. Won't be shopping with them again

Twice in the last few days I have tried ordering online/click and collect and for some reason, it just didn't work. Tried again this morning. I even phoned your customer service number, but they too couldn't help. In the end I gave up and cleared my basket of all my purchases. I am disappointed, but it doesn't matter.

Very disappointed with faux parsley fern and hanging foliage 2 .plus berry spray. Very small, expensive and poor quality. Parsley fern spray looks cheap and is held together by tape. Awful

My wife is physiologically addicted to the program. It's fantastic she has found an hobby in her retirement and it is most evident she immensely enjoys it. However, its driving me to disappear the manic handjestuerss ALL the time by most presenters. For heaven sake get them to put their hands on the table, preferabley supper glued if they encounter difficulties or just sit on them Kind regards and best wishes to them all, Barry.

The thing that killed this purchase was the delivery option vasty over priced and extremely slow. I would expect a company of this size to have next day delivery as standard. Unfortunately I will be buying from Amazon in the future.

Bought a nice coastal paint by numbers set only a fiver. Don't bother. Colours of sky all wrong; more of a turquoise than blue indicated. Difficult to read the numbers as they are quite faint - you would need a magnifying glass for half of it. Also the paint brush poor quality. They should pay me to complete it!

You know you will generally pay over the odds at Hobbycraft, and stock selection has gone downhill in 2020. That aside, packaging for delivery is not suitable to protect your purchases, meaning you get dented paperand card products. Ordered online only because of covid restrictions making trips to a shop harder for me. I would not under normal circumstances use this as it is a waste of money to lose a percentage of your purchase due to damage. Have contacted them to show problem.

I’m sorry to say I have given up on Hobbycraft. The card making products are all but non existent now. Not worth the petrol money.

This was my first time using this shop. They did not have three of the items I required. Three of the items I did purchase I was over charged for and had to go back for refund which cost me more in petrol. I did receive an apology as the items had been misplaced but out of pocket. Wont be going again to the northampton branch.

I bought a lino cutting set and am really disappointed with it. No written instructions just 4 small pictures on the back. I had to watch YouTube videos to learn how to set the tools up, how to print the design onto the Lino and how to do the paint rolling. Very poor quality for the money too.

I made an order with hobbycraft online. The order should have arrived 8th Jan between 5 and 9. I have wasted 4 hours waiting and nobody came from their partner Hermes. Today I phoned hobbycraft customer service again. There was only 1 good employee John who got through to Hermes and asked where the parcel was. Other emloyees were rude and like robots. They just repeated that I should wait for the parcel. No further info or service. Even that my elderly mother was waiting outside with me didn't matter. Really really bad service, except John offcourse who did a good job and was friendly.

Flowers not that great and were very squished and flattened in the bag through post- . Think £2.99 delivery for light tiny paper artificial flowers is expensive . Would not buy from here again.

Purchased picture frame 40cm * 40cm. Glass required cleaning and found it to be very thin and with unusually sharp edges resulting in cuts to hand. I have previously framed all of our pictures with frames from other suppliers which had thicker glass and have never encountered this problem previously.
