Shocking delivery time! Ordered 3 weeks ago get no help from customer service, plenty of other similar brands out there! Ordered from deadlyseven.co.uk instead, similar designs much better customer service and delivery times

One week in. No sign of the t shirts despite paying for express delivery. Contacted customer services who replied giving me attitude inferring I should just be patient despite paying £5 for delivery. Will the t shirt ever turn up….. who knows!!

Absolute rubbish. A cheap print on a mega cheap t-shirt which goes completely out of shape after one wash (I always wash on 30). This was after waiting several weeks for the order to actually arrive despite them stating 2-4 working days. Oh, and then they ignore you when you contact them asking for a replacement/refund. There are better companies out there such as Save Our Souls or Hit and Miss Clothing.

Here is the thing. They have clearly paid a lot of money to be all over Instagram and sponsored links on Facebook which has made me aware of the company. So when i place the order on Mon 27th June an it says 2-4 days UK postage i thought okay cool. Assuming that is working days we are looking at the end of the week. I was sent a tracking number 3 days later for Royal Mail which kept saying "unable to confirm status" So Sunday 3rd July, after the tracking still not live i messaged them on Facebook and got an automated reply with an email address, so Monday i emailed them. I have had no replies and no contact from them since. Its now weds 6th July. I have been checking the tracking daily and finally this morning it states sender Dispatching item. But not sent or collected... This is from yesterday date the 5th. So that's 8 days after the order and still not live tracking to say where it is or when it will be delivered. You also get no updates. On the same day i ordered directly from Nike store, i have had updates of a custom made order every day and its on its way to me quicker. From Asia!! So i cannot comment on the T Shirts, could be great. But be aware, the delivery times and customer service is shocking at this point. Disappointed.

Still waiting, 3 weeks after placing the order. I've asked four times for a delivery date from then and they've so far been avoiding the answer. I've now requested a refund. It was a £200 order.

The difference in quality is actually insane, bought two of the same hoodies a couple months apart, exact same style, colour and size. One is thick and really good quality, most recent one is like paper and fits horrendously. Used to be a regular customer but can't trust these guys anymore, clearly going the usual way of companies. AVOID

Don't bother with these t-shirts, there are dozens of similar designs around. Very very slow to dispatch and they don't bother to answer emails. Average quality and practically no customer service.

I ordered a vest and received a t shirt with the sleeves cut off!!...numerous emails sent and dm's on their instagram account and zero response. I had been a satisfied customer up to this point but after this experience will never order from them again!!..awful!!!

Well I ordered 8 days ago emailed them first time as I couldn't track my fully track order, this was as soon as I got my email saying it had been dispatched. its now the 10-4-21 and they haven't replied. I mean surely they aren't that busy it takes that long to reply? Sent another 2 emails waiting for a reply as yesterday 9-4-21 royal mail have said they had delivered my parcel while I was in, and they are suppose to supply proof of delivery and there's nothing. Nothing was delivered to my address and nothing was signed for any proof. Wish I would of looked on here as it looks like I'm not going to get anywhere with this situation. Not happy

Ordered six items and was left for a week without any info other than an order confirmation sent the day of the order. Emailed them twice so far with no reply and no other way of contacting them for a full refund. I payed for actual clothing not the idea of it.. never again.

Delivery was slow. Sent my return back signed for which was delivered a week ago and still no refund. Avoiding all my emails and not replying to paypal dispute. Avoid

Don't bother. Quoted as 2 to 4 day delivery, day five today and they have sent an email saying it was dispatched at the start of the week, but tracking number shows it's not even gone to Royal Mail yet. No response to customer service email.

I ordered 3 items from HoboJack at the end of November. There was an "attempted delivery" on 12/17 but my wife was home and no one came to the house and no delivery attempt notification or card was left. Customer service was nearly non-existent and when they did answer, they were vague, unhelpful, and unwilling to do anything to correct the situation. They then emailed me today saying the items status had updated and I will receive my package in a few days. The USPS website tracking says they are returning the package to the sender. So now I'm here, nearly two months since placing my order with nothing to show and zero help from the business itself. Never ordering from them again.

Very very poor customer service, I order 3 items of clothing with an arrival date of 3 / 4 days with royal mails 48 hour tracked. Turned to 6 days without anything so I contacted the hobo jack Facebook Page to receive a message saying to email them. I emailed them 3 times before I got a response, the email just told me my tracking information... nothing about my items being late or any sort of apology. I then contacted them again explaining it hasn’t arrived as the post has been for today. It has now been a total of 8 days and nothing. The customer service is terrible, they don’t want to know or help. Will be taking this further

Avoid, they don't stick to shipping/handling times as they do not have stock. Customer service are rude and unapologetic if they bother replying. The fact they have had to hide reviews on Facebook says it all.
