“T shirts are now cheap and poor quality. They used to be a great material with a printed logo, now they are thin & use a cheap transfer iron on style print instead. This will be my last purchase from what was my favourite brand.”
“There was once a time when I enjoyed their designs, their attitudes and their overall style and message but once they jumped on the NFT train a couple of years ago with sinister ignorance, they threw everything they built up until that point and the anti-establishment audience they had cultivated up until that point under the bus. I have not followed them since. I am only writing this out of sheer pettiness because they keep sending me e-mails to review their products and they won't take my address off the list.”
“No lies I own 30 plus Hobo Jack T shirts and I have been buying them for at least 4 years from the start. Now my order has been in delivery for 2 weeks. They are not replying to my emails or social media messages and the standard of the last batch varies so much. Some are great and some are the wrong shape and are poor quality. Looks like they have grown to big for the current infrastructure and customer service is poor. Shame I’ve loved the brand but will be looking elsewhere next order.”
“They have some nice designs, but quality has definitely dropped. I've bought quite a few Tees over years and was always happy with them, but found that the material is of poorer quality, after a recent order.
Customer service are slow to respond, their online returns center is clunky, and having to pay for returns means you're out of pocket.
I won't be ordering again.”
“Everything arrived quickly and looked cool. I had ordered a size up as I hate small t-shirts and I’m glad I did as it was just the right size. However after one wash (on 30degrees) it shrunk so much I could hardly get it on. I’m 5”7 and 72kg and should really have no need to order a large but even though I did I now have a small shirt that stretches like a drum skin across my back! Really hoping for a refund. Just waiting on a response from customer services!”
