Hello, I booked on T2 west Manchester but my flight was moved to Terminal 1. I tried to transfer to T1 multi story but it was full so I decided to leave it and walk between terminals. On return it said I owe £464. The problem was solved over the intercom but told not to do it again. I have the exact same problem due in July and don’t know what to do as I didn’t realise I’d done anything wrong.

We parked Liverpool airport which we do regular started using your company but this time got 15 pound overstay charge when I first booked it the times on conformation where all zeros so amended with correct time but still come as zeros we are pensioners and thought we would be ok but no and paid the fine.

Why will you not provide refunds as per your terms and conditions? Customers are buying a cancellation waiver to be able receive a refund.
