“ Sofitel hotel was very comfortable and convenient for LGW N.and car drop off easy with Maple meet and greet.It went away clean and shiny but on pick up it looked as if it had been driven over a ploughed field and the driver's carpet no better. It could have been cleaned up a bit in my view before delivery back to the customer and as it stands,they have lost a regular customer. ”
