Have used this service a couple of times. Each time the car comes back filthy. This time we asked for a clean on return. It came back half clean with various dirty marks still showing, including a scratch to the door. When flagged to one of the staff we were accused of already knowing about the scratch. It was small enough to rub out with polish, but it wasn’t the point. Very reluctant to use again.

Car parking was a reasonable price and the service on the day was efficient. However the car was returned absolutely filthy and coated in dust.

I booked my car into drop and go and I was pleased with the service , lovely helpful staff , easy to drop off and collect . I was a little l later than booked to collect my car but didn't get charged extra. Very pleased
