“I was surprised when booking and paying for a holiday, to then receive an email to say it would take up to 72 hours to be confirmed. I now understand it’s down to if any of the variable prices or details change between booking and confirmation. It seems a bit of an odd way of doing it, I certainly haven’t experienced that before, but one call to customer services and it was all sorted. Stuart was fantastic, super helpful, polite and reassuring. Will book again through Holiday Gems after the service I received from Stuart.”
