“Overall all very happy although was disappointed that the room we thought we had reserved was gone which then affected the price and outcome of our overall booking. Martin however called and did his upmost to help with the situation and resolve as much as he was able - great help”

“Process was smooth and easy,Martin was great.the only thing I didn't like is that I needed to pay extra on the amount that was already paid and that is then not the price that was advertised. That is why I gave 4 stars”

“Stuart was really helpful but I was left with the feeling that the company policy might be to phone customers to try to increase costs after they have placed a booking on the website. I was told yhe price had increased and when I challenged that by looking at prices on the website and therefor said I would just cancel (where they had actually gone down) a referral was made to a supervisor to honour the original price. This seems a bit devious and as it is my first time booking with this company it leaves a bit of a bad feeling. As I said the member of staff was helpful but if this is company policy it does put employers in a difficult position and m3ant I was very close to cancelling.”

“i needed to book an all inclusive hotel last minute spoke with Sam and she found a wonderful hotel with an amazing price for two people. sam had excellent customer service and really listened to what i wanted and needed. sam is now my go to booking agent. if you use holiday gem in the future be sure to book though sam”
