“My 1st experience with holiday gem has been a positive one. I had to book an impromptu getaway with my family of 4 and did so on the phone. Although the initial accommodation and flights I wanted were gone, Emma was amazing in helping us find another package that suited us to the same destination There were no issues at any stage, from airport parking to flights, private transfer and hotel. Both outbound and inbound went smoothly”
