“David has been fantastic, he has gone above and beyond with all the help he has provided in making sure our holiday goes to plan. As a parent taking children abroad, so many factors to consider and worry about but David answered all my questions, if he didn't know the answer he found out and updated me. We can't wait for our first family holiday for some time, David has done everything possible to make this goes to plan. Thank You.”

“Spoke to Mark who kindly confirmed our booking and as the room we requested wasn't available he very kindly upgraded our room at a discount. Very happy with the service and nice to have a human being to help us with our booking rather than relying on technology and the internet”

“Booked my holiday yesterday. Confirmed details with Stuart this morning, had to pay £114 extra due to changes in the package. Stuart helped sort all of this and made sure our details and booking was all correct. Super helpful and very polite. Stuart ensured I understood all of my booking before proceeding”
