“I have made several bookings with holiday gems and always been satisfied with the customer service and never had any probs travelling nor whilst away. Suraya took my recent booking and was extremely helpful when I had a queries regarding the online booking costs. She fixed the problem and made a successful boooking. My only concern this booking is that I didn't receive a confirmation in my email which I prepare however the booking can be seen on their website under my bookings.”

“Tried making a booking but unfortunately although went through on website, ultimately there was no availability. The booking agent Surayah was very helpful, trying her best to resolve this issue but unfortunately in the end this was not possible. Will keep looking.”

Hello Roy, we thank you for your feedback and hope that you find some arrangements to suit your requirements. Our booking system relies on live feeds from our suppliers, brokers and airlines so we are unfortunately not in control of momentary price changes, fluctuations or changes in availability provided by the same and whilst the vast majority of bookings will be confirmed without issue, we, along with many other well-known Tour Operators in the market cannot be held responsible whereby these changes affect our ability to confirm travel arrangements. None the less we are sorry.

“I booked my holiday with a gentleman named David which was very accommodating and rose to every occasion to book my partner and I holiday to Morroco. “Booked a short break with holiday gems, we had a little hiccup with my booking, which they sorted straight away with no haste. Stuart who I had the pleasure of having as my customers service guy was absolutely amazing really polite and so easy to chat to. He made the whole experience stress free.”

“I had the pleasure of speaking with David this morning (22/11) and I cannot thank him enough! What an asset he is to the team! I was panicking because I’d left my holiday booking too late. He was so kind and friendly and most of all helpful! Not only did he secure the holiday I wanted, he stayed on the line to make sure that it had all gone through! He even got me a cheeky upgrade to my room for no extra charge! He also gave me a top tip to get a bag from sports direct and use it for my holiday! Honestly, thank you so much! I can’t wait to go on my holidays now and I can’t thank you enough David! :D”
