“Booked a family holiday in 2019 for q9 days to Crete. After it being cancelled for the past 2 years today with help it is booked payed for and finished thank you holiday gems . Only down side price has really gone up but after 3 tears what can one expect Finn thank you made my day”

“FANTASTIC FINN/SO HELPFUL & HAPPY I was slightly unsure, where was the best area/hotel for our family holiday, that best suited our needs. Finn arranged our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. She listened to our wishes, worked to a budget & found something that ticked all the boxes. So delighted with her knowledgeable help and suggestions. I now feel confident with Finn’s help we’ve made the right choice & really excited about our holiday. Thank you Finn”

“David was brilliant from start to finish. Despite a couple of issues with the airlines system David kept me informed throughout. I have used Holidaygems several times and it’s because of the service from staff like David that we return every time we book a holiday. If you can get better service I’ve yet to find it. Thanks to David for all of his help.”
