“Polite fast response to on line booking. Extra cost required but could not tell me why and for what for or reason. Pending documents to arrive by e- mail. So review not complete at this stage. However Sam polite and helpful.”

Hi Terry Styles, thank you for your review and positive feedback relating to your booking agent. To explain, the price on the website is clarified as an offer to purchase the Package Holiday selected, if it is available. If the arrangements are not available when one of our booking agents come to confirm your booking request, because other customers have taken advantage and the lower price offer is exhausted, you are informed of the next supplier price. Regarding your travel documents, these should have since been received however please do not hesitate to reach out via the appropriate channels should you require any further assistance. Since a 3-star rating is still considered negative, we would truly appreciate if you would consider kindly improving your review score slightly once you have had chance to digest the above and to accurately reflect the service provided. Thank you.

“We booked our holiday through HolidayGems last year, we had such a great experience we wanted to book with you again. Stuart was amazing last year and again this morning. He’s extremely efficient and most importantly when he promises to call back straight away he does! Not many do nowadays.”
