“I enjoyed booking my holiday on HolidayGems. I spoke with Martin. One suggestion I had was for their site to explain what each transfer vehicle type is. It's very confusing trying to make sense of all the different transfer types (Executive vs. Luxury vs. Van vs. Minivan vs. Standard) since there's no explanation on their booking site or FAQs.”

“This is my first time using Holiday Gems after using competitor package holiday sites for many years. I have been pleasantly surprised. I found some excellent prices for a family holiday to Turkey and Martin was fantastic in confirming the booking with me. He was very knowledgeable and honest. I was also happy that we got a confirmation call so quickly as its the weekend and they said up to 72 hours for confirmation to come through. Thank you Martin and Holiday Gems and I will definitely be back to rebook.”
