“Booked holiday easily online with all the extras and add-ons we needed. Sam from Holiday Gems called up after to confirm all details and provide all travel documents. Sam was very helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.”

“This is my first time using Holiday Gems after using competitor package holiday sites for many years. I have been pleasantly surprised. I found some excellent prices for a family holiday to Turkey and Martin was fantastic in confirming the booking with me. He was very knowledgeable and honest. I was also happy that we got a confirmation call so quickly as its the weekend and they said up to 72 hours for confirmation to come through. Thank you Martin and Holiday Gems and I will definitely be back to rebook.”

“Hi do not write reviews but will give holiday gems a mention, spotted a Christmas holiday on holiday gems for the right price in Tenerife, rang spoke to Sam who with a excellent telephone manner, sorted the holiday out ,rang me back to make sure I was happy with the holiday, guided me through everything flight, baggage, transfers, hotel, boarding passes, and everything you need to know, took the stress away of making sure you haven't forgot anything, absolutely top marks to Sam and the team at holiday gems,can't wait to get on that flight to the sun 10/10.
