“I enjoyed booking my holiday on HolidayGems. I spoke with Martin. One suggestion I had was for their site to explain what each transfer vehicle type is. It's very confusing trying to make sense of all the different transfer types (Executive vs. Luxury vs. Van vs. Minivan vs. Standard) since there's no explanation on their booking site or FAQs.”
