“I had my concerns regarding the availability of a flight and had researched various travel companies including EasyJet direct - I call Gems rather than book on line to be reassured the flight details were correct. Stuart was extremely thorough and went through the booking step by step - excellent service!”

“The website is clear and allowed me to browse for good value holiday deals. An attractive package to Turkey was available and a good flight was chosen. When confirming the deal by phone, unfortunately it was necessary to pay an extra £41 because the room had to be rebooked. However the overall cost still seemed reasonable. Over the phone the staff were very professional and well organized. The email correspondence was also very clear with package details that could be printed out. Martin, the agent, was helpful focussing on the important travel instructions to follow. There is a telephone customer services number that is available 7 days a week. I got through promptly and it was a local rate line. They can also offer support via email.”
