“It was easy to book my holiday to hurgarda, how ever l had to ring about visa and carrying medications including insulin as they didnt tell me, also baggage is in turkish lira and when l worked it out £186 for one bag in hold, forget it l will carry on bag!”

“This is the second time we've used Holiday Gems. The first holiday was great and was miles cheaper than elsewhere. The second one I've only just booked so can't comment on the whole p[acakge as such. What I loved about HG is: - The site's filters allows you to be really picky - The prices are great - The flight options are really good and changing them for a nearer airport, for example, is a cinch - Great choice of hotels - I'd never thought about booking in the resort we're going to in Gran Canaria before seeing it on there - And did I mention the price???? Miles cheaper that Jet2!!”

“Most of holiday booking was great. Transportation from airport in Tenerife to hotel was disgraceful. Firstly, our coach failed to show up, so we were shunted on to another coach. Several people were dropped off at their hotel front BUT when our hotel was called we were dumped off with all our luggage at roadside. I asked where our hotel was and I was pointed across 3 road crossings and told our hotel was then behind another large hotel. After struggling across the 3 crossings, we had to walk the full length of the large hotel and turn down a road on the right to find our hotel whilst asking other people for help to find our hotel. We found this quite distressing and completely unacceptable. I would like a response please.”
