“They were easy and fantastic to deal with. After my wife had booked our holiday and realised she had put the wrong dates in by mistake, we rang back and sorted it out in next to no time. The lad we dealt with was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Would book with these again.”

“Couldn’t fault the service and very helpful, wanted to change my holiday to a new date later in the year which I thought would be a long process but with the help of the gentleman on the phone it was no problem at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to book a holiday 👍”

“Im not a fan of being told that the holiday price is a certain amount to then be called up and told that the price has changed (Always more expensive of course). would not use this company again or recommend”

This appears to be an online order and no payment is taken when the order is submitted. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price due to cost changes or availability before confirmation, we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the alternative offers. A pre-authorisation only is held, and released immediately if no booking is confirmed. We regret that we have been unable to assist you in this instance.

“Had to rebook due to covid, spoke to Daniel. I'm going to a wedding in Greece and he went above and beyond, even got me 14 nights for the price of the 10 I booked. Exceptional service from Daniel and a credit ro the company.”

“2nd holiday booked with Holiday Gems and can’t fault them. Lily was absolutely brilliant at dealing with all my queries and doubts and put my mind at rest about everything covid related. Fingers crossed we will be able to travel but I’m reassured that any problems I will be helped by Holiday Gems to sort it out. Highly recommended!”
