“Overall it has been an positive experience booking our holiday with holiday gems. There was a little issue which came up in regard to the rooms which we had booked but the operator who called to let us know did everything possible to get the issue resolved and come up with a very good solution which all were happy with. Overall really happy with the service we received.”

“I have just booked an all inclusive holiday through holidaygems.co.uk, there was a glitch with their website with allowing the low deposit, I spoke with Nathan who was super helpful and friendly, helped me get the holidaya booked, explained how everything works and made the process quick and easy. However I have not yet been on a holiday booked through hllidaygems.co.uk so I am really hoping this booking lives up to our expectations! But so far so good!”
