“Richard absolutely made my evening. He was extremely helpful, honest and reassuring during the course of my booking. I was recently swindled by another company and was very reluctant to book again but Richard made it all worthwhile. I had lots of specifics that I needed met and he got everything to tee. Thank you to Richard and Holiday Gems for giving my family and I a summer to look forward too!”
