“Our initial holiday plan fell through due to lack of available flights (we left booking for half term very late!). I was contacted directly by Mark who was really helpful in explaining the situation. I spoke to him the next day to book an alternative and he was really helpful and sorted the booking for us straight away. He secured us the billing and sent through the confirmation really quickly making the process as easy as possible for me. Much appreciated, thank you Mark!”

“Easy to book. Follow up phone call with Stuart the next day, checking our booking details and explaining all costs etc, such as pre-booking plane seats, baggage allowance. Bedroom layout etc and airport transfer. Stuart was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Explained low deposit and monthly payments. Sent confirmation on email promptly and good customer service.”
