“I had been looking for this paper for a while, sold out everywhere else. I havent put it up as im now moving but look forward to finding a wall to decorate it with in My new home. Thankyou Home Flair I will shop with You again.....”

“Unfortunately the quality of the wallpaper was quite poor. Once I put it up I noticed that the wallpaper paste created wet patches on the paper. Once it dried it wasn't that bad but It still left a few marks. I called customer services to return 3 rolls of left over paper. I was told that I would lose 10% of the total price of the wallpaper and I would have to pay shipping costs because I was 1 day over the return date. After trying to speak with a not very helpful customer service advisor I just gave up and kept the excess paper.”

“I had used this paper before having bought it form B&Q. They had discontinued it. Home Flair Decor had the cheapest price for the item I needed. They delivered quickly, too.”

“I ordered some paper from your site (did not look anything like it did in the pictures) I understand that can be a disadvantage of buying from online. However, I had been very sick throughout my pregnancy and couldn’t make it to the post office to send the parcel back straight away. When I did, I did manage to get it back to you but had to email in requesting an update on my refund even though the reference number etc had been noted on the box for you to know if came from. I paid £15 delivery to get it back to you then you chose to take a percentage off of my refund meaning I was out of pocket more than £30! I think it’s a bit unrealistic to deduct a percentage especially when you do not offer a returns stamp! I won’t be using you again as it would seem it’s just an extra way of getting money”

Whilst every effort is made to produce imagery for the website differences in technology can alter how products look in reality, this is made even more difficult with reflective/glitter and gloss products that simply reflect light from the camera lens. We do offer a sample service on our wallpaper products to help our customers check comparability and colour/finish. “Definitely worth getting a sample length as the colour I thought was a good match turned out not to be but the second sample I got was a greet contrast match for the colours I had picke thanks to Home Flair”

“13th day i opened the wallpaper n customer didnt like it..got told 75% refund cos u wudnt get it within 14days n then cost me £13 to post back at royal mail..shud be full refund within 28days if item isnt damaged. 14th send back when bank holiday was in that 14days aswell.nitemare neva again”
