There are cheaper alternatives from other suppliers of the same product and did not offer a genuine 'price match' despite evidence provided.

Didnt receive my parcel I contacted u several times u told me to contact royal mail,they have no proof of delivery and said ur responsible when my parcel isnt received but no one is getting back to me,paid in good faith

Wallpaper arrived damaged. Had a recurring dent which wasn’t easy to see before pasting but very apparent on the wall. Used 1m before stopping immediately and letting the company know of the fault, all within a few days of delivery. Home Flair Decor didn’t want to know, claiming it was a “hanging error”. Complete nonsense. Ignorant of the most basic principles of consumer law. Avoid these guys and their non-existent customer service, and take your money elsewhere.

I will be returning 2 of the 3 rolls I purchased. extremely hard to apply even following all instructions re paste soaking time. Bubbled in all places and would not change. Installed by decorator who stated it was the worst paper he had installed. So after one wall stopped due to not as expected. Will be asking to return other 2 rolls

Had to re-order more wallpaper explained the situation why and asked about returns policy as it was the Friday before christmas and it was esitmated to arrive on 24/12/24. My decorator wasn't working in between Christmas and New year so the work wouldn't start till the New Year. Returns policy within 28 days from ordering date but would probably be-able to extend to end of January due to the BH over the Christmas period. I called today to be told I couldn't have a refund as 10 days late. It was 34 days from recieving the goods and we had 3 BH as well. I wouldn't recommend to family or friends, not great customer service. Very disappointed.

We are sorry to read that you were unaware that all orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom are subject to sales tax and import charges as set by the recipient country. These costs are out of our control and are mitigated a little as UK sales tax (VAT) does not apply to these orders. The colours shown of the wallpapers that I ordered were nothing like shown when arrived.yhe leopard print one was orange/copper chocolate , black and gold , the order picture was beige, cream, white , black and silver.very disappointing.

Ordered a extra roll as originally ordered 2 rolls , weeks ago still not received the 3rd roll , not replying to my emails , Not good enough service at all

We are sorry that your order did not arrive with Royal Mail as planned, this pattern was awaiting a reprint from the manufacturer in Italy for much longer that we would have liked. Not having any stock available to send your order again was not ideal. It is now back in stock and we are waiting for confirmation from you about dispatching another roll or issuing a refund. Purchased some wallpaper which was delivered. All batch numbers matching so preceded to hang the paper only to realise when the paper was on the wall the strips of patterned paper was visible. Customer service couldn’t be more awkward, I sent them images of the wall with patchy strips and their customer service was awful. They wanted all kinds of evidence and statements to send to the manufacturer when you can clearly see in a photo the fault. I’m now trying to get a refund through PayPal.

When ever a paperhanger has a concern about a wallcovering during hanging, all decorating should stop and advice sought from the supplier. Read all hanging instructions on the label, stop decorating after three lengths to examine results. Keep all roll labels until the job is complete, take & share clear images of any issue. In continuing to work with and around any area of concern forms acceptance as a characteristic of the pattern. As a supplier, we may need to liaise with the manufacturer, this may take some time to but will be an expedited experience when all information requested is shared. I have not received my order as it was delivered to the wrong address I have lodge a complaint and am still waiting. I have no product and I am out of pocket if £70.

We have been waiting for your reply for three weeks after sharing our request for sample pieces for examination and test hanging. Having sold through stocks of this batch we have nothing at hand to examine and as such require these in order to progress. As we have explained, should any fault be found the costs associated with sending these will be credited. After making initial checks with the manufacturer about potential problems with the batch received, this was confirmed that no issues had been reported to them. One of the rolls of paper that came was unusable it had a scratch all the way down the middle of one of the rolls

Ordered some wallpaper border which arrived rolled up and secured together with sellotape. However sellotape had seriously degraded and the rolls had obviously been sat in storage for a long time. Because of this it was impossible to remove the packaging without damaging the paper, leaving me short of what I ordered and the company has done nothing to rectify this. First they claimed it didn't matter as the border was longer than 10m anyway, so I measured it and it was 10.03m, so I was still missing some length. Then they said they would send me some extra to cover it, but it has never turned up and now they just ignore my messages. Could have just sent me another roll and solved it straight away, but clearly don't care. Terrible company, and terrible attutude.

It is the standard for borders to be packaged this way, to be secured with a small piece of tape which limits any none useable area to a single circumference of a roll. This is normal, you have not been penalised in any way. You have advised rolls were larger than the 5m lengths they are sold as and as such you have received a total of 10m of wallpaper border purchased from the two 5m rolls purchased. We are unable to send out additional stocks where nothing is wrong. If you wish to discuss your experience in further detail, please contact our customer service team.

Wallpaper unusable due to white marks on all 3 rolls. Still waiting for these rolls to be picked up and a refund.

Having sold through the entire batch of this product without concern or feedback we need to examine this product before we can declare any faults. Having requested the rolls be returned for examination and if necessary further testing etc we are still waiting on the good's arrival.
