“Unfortunately I had to return the cushions as there was too much gold foil fabric in the mix for my liking. Otherwise delivery very good.”

“Paper was found locally as order sample took too long and was confused when the postage was high for a sample . Had to ring company as it had gone through as a package , rectified on phone .”

“I ordered a sample , nothing else As the sample did not adequately match my décor I did not order more as I am still considering my options. Despite this I am being pestered every day with emails requesting a review. The only review I can give is that I did not sign up for emails, I simply ordered a wallpaper sample. I canot leave a revview, so chose ot to reply, but those emails keep on coming - enough!”

“Product arrived seemingly adequately packaged and in a reasonable time, but unfortunately it was unusable. Paint looked ok when opened, but when mixed it became lumpy and grainy and was unable to be used.”

“The delivery was quick and product brilliant but, I ordered more than I needed and I have emailed the returns address twice now and have heard nothing back. Its like they ignoring my emails as they dont want me to return the unused roll.”

“Needed 2 rolls wallpaper on a Sunday paid for next day delivery got it on the Thursday after loads of text to delivery people who kept texting to say they were delivering and didn’t. The delivery service let them down”

“Two rolls out of 5 rolls purchased had brown stains on. Emailed with photos attached response was do I have enough rolls to finish. Poor.”

“Whilst the quality of the paper was great the delivery time was not met and I was disappointed that having paid for next day delivery we had to wait so long for it to arrive. The first day it was out for delivery it never turned up. The second day it didn’t come within the time frame that we were allocated and i nipped out and missed the delivery (frustrating). It finally arrived on the Friday having placed the order the previous Saturday. The box was also so badly ripped that you could see all the contents but luckily the paper was not damaged. Really pleased with the quality of the paper but would be hesitant to order from here again.”

We are sorry that your order took a little longer to arrive, with COVID-19 delays were experienced in the network. Ordering on a Saturday meant the first day a courier could collect would be Monday, the first actual delivery attempt on Wednesday was later than we would have liked and we are sorry to read you missed this opportunity to receive this parcel. This was within the 1-2 working days of dispatch quoted. We are glad to know the items arrived safely in the end after quite a journey yet sorry to read you would be hesitant to reorder with us due to factors outside of our control. “Delivery took forever! I received at least 4 emails to tell me they were delivering on different days at different times and never arrived. Had to phone the delivery company and complain then arrived later that day.”

“Bought wallpaper from these as they were the cheapest - found out why, every roll is upside down! Know this is probably not this company's fault but the original suppliers, unless they knew of this issue but didnt make customers away it was flawed. Only found this out when the decorator arrived, so now have to unroll each roll by hand, as dont have the time to wait to come to an agreement who is at fault. I would still recommend, as this might just be a one off, but is definately leaving a sour taste.”
