We just wanted to let you now that your roll is fine and is as it is packaged by the manufacturer (the plastic shrink wrap often appears tight). Once the moisture from your adhesive makes contact with your wallpaper it will become supple and allow it to stick down perfectly flat. Should you have raised your concern with us directly we could have put you at ease sooner and your review may have represented the service you received. “Wallpaper unavailable elsewhere. Sample which I ordered arrived quickly. Ordered 2 rolls , which again arrived in good time and well packed. A bit disappointed that I had to pay £12 for delivery of 2rolls.”

“Lovely wallpaper - true to colours as seen on website. Delivery within stated timescale... texts to alert actual delivery date & time window expected. Shame you don't do curtains to match wallpaper!!”

“Not very helpful won't deliver to a different address than the payment address website has glitches on payment page would not recommend sorry”
