“I'm so disappointed with this company and one of their Manufacturers! Still waiting on a reply from one of them regarding a refund! This is the first time I've ordered from this company and the last . First lot of wallpaper I had to pull down as there were gaps as if the wallpaper had shrunk! I called HOME FLAIR DECOR who really weren't very helpful on the phone and just informed me that this wallpaper doesn't shrink so I decided to send them a pic! I waited after day for this company to say this certain batch was cut incorrectly at the warehouse. They offered me a refund or 2x rolls of the same wallpaper, but a different batch for it to happen again and now I'm still waiting for a reply!!”

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your Home Flair Decor experience. When a product does not perform as expected we do investigate, having seen images of your decorating and the product being non-woven further advice was sought from the manufacturer. They advised that this appeared to be a trim issue where the printed run reem was not taught during the trimming process giving those results, this would have been at the start or the end of the trimming run. An alternative batch was issued and upon hearing of your second experience not performing as expected we completed a roll test hang following all instructions on the roll labels. The results showed no issue with either the original batch or the replacement batch, with these results we know that this product is perfect and the results achieved is from misuse by not following all the manufacturers instructions as supplied on the roll label. “This is the 3rd time we have purchased from Home Flair Decor, the variety of wallpaper on offer is fantastic, the prices are superb and the customer service experience is 1st class. We placed our order and it was delivered 2 days later, the last order we placed was delivered the following day, who could ask for more?”

“I want to let everyone know how excellent this company is. I had some problems due to a Decorator failing to recognise he was putting some sheets of paper on the wall upside down. Home Flair Decor offered exceptional customer service and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company.”

“Home flair have a great selection of wallpaper and the shopping experience was fairly easy. The only issue is the fact the when my other half ordered rolls of the paper we wanted the delivery charge was £12.50 to the highlands, which is a ridiculous sum of money to be paying for delivery. I would urge hike flair to look into how they can improve the service from this point.”

We offer a flat rate delivery service to most UK addresses, the couriers we use apply a surcharge to Highlands and Islands and certain other UK postcodes as they deem them remote or extended to deliver too. As our wallpaper prices and accessories are so keen, reluctantly, this charge must be passed on. These are as follows: AB30-38, AB44-56, CA18-27, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IM ALL, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV40-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW ALL, LA15-23, PA20-49, PA60-78, PA80-88, PH14-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE ALL. If you wish to contact us prior to any further order we can double check if any other services are available based on the volume of items needed. “Very pleased with the service but extremely disappointed at the amount charged for postage. Mail to Inverness is the same price as elsewhere but Home Flair charge extra for some postcodes. Would recommend to friends with a reservation because of delivery charges.”
