“Very efficient service, amazed at how quick the order came. Had a problem with ordering online as their computer system had some sort of glitch. Spoke to customer services, who were so helpful, and problem sorted without a hitch. Would definitely use them again as they have a different range of wallpapers at amazing prices.”

“I rang up for some advise operator was very helpful. Items were delivered securely and home flair were cheapest for the particular wall paper I wanted.”

“The wallpaper is great and looks fantastic but customer service isn't up to par. I paid a premium for an expedited delivery which was late, and when I brought this to Home Flair Decor's attention I received neither an apology nor attempt to put it right - but I did get an email obviously intended for someone else as it referred to damaged wallpaper, and mine hadn't arrived!”

Express service timing cannot be guaranteed as once an order has left our warehouse we have no physical control over it. We do quote 1-2 working days from dispatch on express orders, your order did fall into the second working day from dispatch. If this was longer than expected we are sorry, we believe that the website/checkout does advise this. With insufficient stock (21 rolls ordered, 14 available) of your chosen item available in our warehouse your order was amended to take all we had left at the discounted price. Additional rolls were available at the supplier however these could only be ordered at the full price. A call prior to ordering may have been advantageous for this quantity of rolls, we are sorry we could only achieve three stars in this instance.
