“We ran out of paper with just 3 half lengths to finish the job and went back to the store it was bought from only to find they had none left with no indication when it would be back in stock. I found the leaflet from the packaging with Home Flair Decor's details and was lucky the same paper was in stock with them. They despatched a roll by return which enabled us to finish the decorating. Great service.”

Having sold through the entire batch of this product without concern or feedback we need to examine this product before we can declare any faults. Having requested the rolls be returned for examination and if necessary further testing etc we are still waiting on the good's arrival. “Order was sent promptly. However it looks like it has been sat in a window for weeks and is faded round the edges. The edges keep curling up despite following instructions and using extra strong paste”

We would not recommend using a wallpaper paste to hang any wallpaper border. A border and overlap adhesive should always be used to ensure vinyl-to-vinyl adhesion. The colours are correct for the design, these are meant to vary from stronger to weaker tones. If you wish to discuss your experience in further detail, please contact our customer service team.

“Fantastic company to deal with, a wide range of top quality wallpaper, and a quick and easy ordering and payment process. The delivery service was amazing. I paid an extra £3.50 for the express delivery. My order was placed after lunch and came around 11am the next morning. My first experience with Home Flair and I would definately use them again.”
