“I found this company or at least it representatives unhelpful and showed a total lack of flexibility in their policy to the point of being obnoxious. I made a total of three orders and on each occasion it was necessary to return goods. On the last occasion I informed them on the 14 day, of my intention to return one roll of wallpaper only to be told they would charge my a further 25% restocking fee bearing in mind 14 days was the cut off. Only to be told they couldnt possibly discriminate and not charge me this fee even though it was on their cut off day. Jobsworth comes to mind!!! Yes some errors were in my court but what happend to trying to help customers and try to keep them for the future and return business. Would I use them again...... not on your life”

Thank you for your feedback, we are unable to take responsibility for the errors of our customers for ordering incorrectly. With each of the orders placed they were picked,packed and delivered by our team within expected timescales. Our returns policy can be found on our FAQ pages and in the T&C’s of ordering, it is true we are unable to discriminate our other customers whom have returned items in accordance with our policy.
