“Bought the paper at discounted price which was a bonus. Quick delivery. Had 2 return couple of rolls. Whilst you have to pay for own return, was refunded quickly once my return was received. Would buy again from this company.”

“Excellent service and quality. Ordered samples first and these were of a really good size and helped to make a decision. Ordered the paper and paid express delivery. Arrived the next day. Very good quality paper for the price. I have certainly had more expensive paper previously and no where near as good a quality. Would definitely recommend.”

“Really helpful staff ! Great range of wallpaper at very competitive prices. Samples I ordered were sent quickly allowing me to make a decision quickly. Helpful staff kindly sent samples they thought would also suit me and I ended up ordering one of those !”

“Called and got a callback on a Sunday! Excellent with sending samples and they arrived really quickly. I was so impressed with their service. Sadly my parents chose a different wallpaper which wasn't stocked by Home Flair Decor, from a company whose Customer Services was not a patch on Home Flair Decor and they failed to delivery so we cancelled the order. I would thoroughly recommend Home Flair Decor from my experience.”

We are sorry that your order did not arrive with Royal Mail as planned, this pattern was awaiting a reprint from the manufacturer in Italy for much longer that we would have liked. Not having any stock available to send your order again was not ideal. It is now back in stock and we are waiting for confirmation from you about dispatching another roll or issuing a refund.
