“The order process was easy and it came very quickly my only complaint is that the box that they put the decanter in and the glasses does not have any type of slots for them it's just an open box with nothing in it which makes no sense. So in order to keep it in the box you have to put everything in the shipping boxes are they provided which is unfair I think they should have put like some kind of foam insert in there that would put the glasses in and put the decanter in”
