“Have been purchasing the same customized item for 5 years. This year the print was way smaller than the other years. Wasn't able to get a replacement. I was basically told that it was printed according to their template. Taking my business somewhere else.”
“The ordering process was great including customization. Shipped quickly and arrived as advertised looking great. My only complaint is that the space to hold the books is a bit small and barely fits open cookbooks that are about average sized cookbooks. Definitely will not fit any larger books like Food Lab, America's Test Kitchen or similar. I new the depth and so cannot complain too much. I would say it may be worth considering altering the design to accomodate larger books in the future.”
