“Ordered a custom engraved glassware set as a Christmas gift and found one of the glasses with a deep scratch in it...immediately contacted the company via e-mail and atached a picture of the defective glass. Not only did HWB respond to my e-mail very quickly, they advised me they would send out a replacement. The item came in a couple of days and I was able to replace the glass to make the gift package complete.
