My order arrived looking beautiful. Only a few huge problems: my exclusive and rare beer consisted of:

-Budweiser
-coors light
-angry orchard
-Sam Adams Boston lager
-michelob ultra
And so on.
They claim it is within their rights to substitute for equal or greater value and that they did do so on this order. They are refusing to honor their substitution policy, refusing to work with me, and refusing to respond to cancellation requests for the rest of my subscription.”
