The photo online shows 2 cookies with basketball designs (Jordan logo and a basketball). What was delivered were 2 plain sugar cookies. No designs, no logos, nothing. When I tried to get a refund or return the product I was offered 30% of the price of the cookies! Nothing that was delivered reflected the basketball theme in the title of the gift. This is fraud, misleading, and deceptive.”
“I ordered a gift well in advance for Valentine's Day and selected my delivery date as 2/14/25. The order was not shipped for multiple days, and I heard nothing about the status of the order. The delivery date kept changing as I logged on daily to review the updates. 3 days later the order shows up after I had to go find an alternative gift for Valentine's Day. Customer service is terrible and offers nothing to compensate for their lack of communication or ability to meet a delivery date. Avoid at all costs unless you don't care much about product, delivery date or service.”
