“I was really excited to try Hops Collective USA because I’ve heard great things about their craft beer selections. The website was easy to navigate, and I loved the ‘Custom Beer’ option, which made it so much easier to pick out the beers based on my preferences. I received my order right on time, but when I opened the box, one of the cans had a noticeable dent. The packaging seemed a little underwhelming for something I expected to be carefully shipped. I reached out to customer service using their email form, and when they did reply, the response didn’t fully address my concerns about the packaging. I’m hoping my next order is smoother because the selection and delivery times are great, but I feel like the little details like packaging and detailed response are areas for improvement.”
