“I was disappointed by the customer service response when I sought help for a Father’s Day gift that ended up being a week late. Their response was that per their policy they do not take responsibility for any shipping issues. The package was stuck in transit at one location for 4 days through usps. Understandable, it happens. It was the blatant lack of desire to provide any assistance.
The package arrived a week late and did have the ingredients they mentioned but it was the cheap version of all the food products. The glasses were not the tall beer glasses stated, Instead they were beer mugs. The main point was to send a pony keg of Heineken and that was accomplished. I will not order from The Hope Collective again. There are too many business out there that provide far better service and product.”
