“I was given a hoselink wind up hose - I luke rhe product but not happy that it can’t adapt to my power cleaner - had to go out and buy another hose to enable me to clean my paths - perhaps you should sell an adapter that fits standard fittings”

“Well i love hoselink it is very good,however my hose reel started jamming and not retrackting properly after just a few weeks. They did send a replacement without difficulty but I'm now hoping it will last without the same problem.”

“Since I live local I would have liked to see a display of your products before I bought my weed puller and being able to purchase direct from your warehouse.”

“As you can see by my profile I have purchased alot of hose link stuff. Alot of it is very very good. I have just bought and replaced my hose reel after 2 years, the new one isnt very good either to be honest, it struggles to wind back up and take the 30M hose. I love the website, the product style ete but I have had a few issues here and there.”

“I am still no sure what to think as the product on TV with tho old guy saying that the product is made in Australia and when I received o the product it says made in China. Your customer service has been ok”

“Unfortunately I have no idea how the tofu t works yet as the installation paid for hasn’t occurred. The first guy was sick and then deferred and then cancelled and I haven’t heard from the second guy. Haven’t had a response to follow up email. Bit disappointed.”

“Works very well but not happy that the spray head had to be replaced after five years because the handle spring stopped working, also the flow lever has broken and also needs replacing. I expected longer life at the price.”

“Hi, I have been using Hoselink products for some years now and have had some good and some not so good experiences. My 30m hose reel is very good and works beautifully. My 20m hose reel is good but does not retract as well as the 30m. The Super Jet washer was great until it broke. It snapped off at the neck leaving the female thread with the broken piece in it. I have been using the 8 pattern spray gun which has just malfunctioned with water spraying out from the side of the water volume controller. I have also had the 7 pattern spray gun with the metal components which I don't use anymore because the water flow will not cut off completely anymore.”

“Having some trouble with it winding back up and sometimes leaking in the reel does the hose have to be empty for it to roll back in properly? It seems to jump a roll in side the reel also makes it hard to pull out please help me”

“The delivery time was excellent and installation was easy. After using for 3 days of the variable spray nozzle came apart rendering it unable to change sprays nozzles. I only hope the quality doesn't fail on the hose reel. This fault on the gun is not just a one time occurrence. Just poor quality and most nozzles will fail or have failed and the company should have been proactive to remedy the fault Thanks john 0438793259”

“I live the retractable hose but very disappointed with the stand up weed extractor. It bent within a few uses and now doesn't work. I emailed Hoselink but heard nothing and no offer of return or substitution.”

“I bought the 10m portable roll up hose. The short hose length keeps breaking off from the tap. I have used both ends, whereby the short end is connected to the tap and the handle. In both cases it has broken loose.”

“I have had a few Hoselink hoses and noticed the quality is getting worse They feel very plastic and light now They kink and do not reel back as easily The nosel use to be metal now plastic”
