The property was close to local amenities, bed & sitting areas were clean and comfortable . There was a bad smell from the bathroom, cooker wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Toaster kept blowing a fuse, when used. Could do with a light in hall way as dark when coming in at night . But a pleasant modern apartment

Lovely modern apartment in Seahouses located just of the main street so no sea views which didn't matter to us.Just a few gripes, some things had not been checked and cleaned, like the oven and some of the dishes not clean.Mattress on the bed was very hard,so very uncomfortable, plus water pressure in the apartment wasn't great.A shame about these things as don't usually moan, but especially think kitchen should be spotless for every stay.

Perfect location to base yourself to see all sights. Apartment was extremely comfortable, clean, comfy bed, all amenities that you would need for either short or long stay. Host and stay very easy to deal with and very accommodating. Loved our stay.

Better than expected, the location was perfect, views of the harbour from inside the property were spectacular.

I was so pleased the beds were so comfy, We stayed in Ralph’s house in bedlington the apartment had all you needed, I do think the company should add the insurance payment when your booking and not spring it on you not long before your due to stay, We would defo stay again when we visit family

Really good place to stay in Liverpool! Great location which allows you to walk to thee city center giving the right balance of the mobility that you need on a city. The apartment is great and clean providing the comfort that you need after exploring the city. Really recommend staying there ☺️

The accomodation was nice but no back garden but Was told several times that parking was available to be then told of the day moving in that there was no parking only for residents Paid for accomodation then asked to pay insurance Took 4 days after receptively chasing up to confirm available to extend Once extended sent all the standard emails again Gas bills sent through every few days

Hidden fees introduced after charging the full amount for the booking. would not release code to property unless an extra fee was paid.

The apartment was lovely and clean the bed was very comfortable and they was wall heaters which really warmed the flat up. It also had a great view of the abby from the living room window. They was a cooker a couple of electric hobs a microwave and a toaster so you could easily made a meal. The downsize was that it was a loft and I did struggle especially in the bathroom with the low ceiling but it wont stop me staying there again.

Positives; the apartment is beautiful, plenty of room for the full family, the beds were very comfortable and had memory foam mattresses. The view from the balcony was gorgeous especially first thing in the morning with the first cuppa of the day. The location is perfect if you are going for a whitby event in either the pavilion or leasure centre, and the hosts were more than generous with tea, coffee, snacks etc. Negatives; the big one for us was the limited availability for parking meaning we had to park quite far away from the building. The front door stuck as if it hadn't been fitted correctly meaning it was difficult to get in and out sometimes. The log burner had been decommissioned and was unusable which disappointing as it was a big draw for us. And we had some noisy neighbours but that's not the hosts fault. All in all it was very nice and will consider using again for our next trip to Whitby

Not a good start to our weekend away We didn’t receive a key code for the cottage so rang the contact number which said this number is not recognised Sent a message through the message option No reply at this point I was very stressed I had a group of 5 people waiting in the middle of busy town Eventually found a number for host and stay Where I was in a queue then cut me off Rang repeatedly and got an answer eventually I also had to pay £25 for insurance which I was unaware off Not happy Sorry but will be avoiding in future

Lovely clean apartment but the 55 stairs to climb was a killer baring in mind I'm due to have a double knee replacement so wouldn't stay again

We had a couple of minor issues which were resolved very quickly. The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a short break. It is on the 4th floor of the building so the stairs wouldn’t be suitable for some. Also being so high, the noisy seagulls were vocal at first light. The view over to the Abbey, the church and the sea more than made up for the gulls, but I may pack earplugs for our next stay.

This stay was terrible at Fairfield Street in Manchester! The house was extremely disappointing and i wouldn’t book again. We were due to stay for 2 nights, but we left after 1 night and found alternative accommodation. The kitchen was dirty, and had a terrible smell. We ended throwing out the food we brought as the fridge was warm. The beds were possibly the worst i have ever slept on, and the bedding didn’t feel clean and the towels stank of smoke. In our opinion this house is being rented out in an unacceptable condition. It is dirty and not cleaned properly. It needs new carpets, fresh bedding and new mattresses and pillows. The kitchen needs thorough cleaning, it needs cutlery and a new fridge. We booked a 2 night stay for the Manchester Marathon weekend, but we ended up leaving after 1 night and booking into a flat in Manchester for the 2nd night of our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was lovely and location fabulous. The property had not been fully cleaned. There was chocolate wrappers behind sofa and sofas had not been moved for cleaning so thick dust underneath. Particularly disappointing since an extra charge is applied for cleaning. Disappointed that property was advertised at a price but additional costs hiked this up by £35.00 per night. Then when we paid another payment was requested being damage insurance which was compulsory and was not fully refundable. It is now 5 days since our stay and my refund is nowhere to be seen.

We were staying in Harbour Cottage-Staithes, nice, little cottage, just few steps from harbour and next door to nice pubs and restaurants, cottage well equipped, however, not washing machine and not upstairs tv in, as described in facilities. No car park around, but big council or private parking to choice just 10mims walk...well the hill is hard, but let's have some exercise. You can park next to ( old butcher shop bay recommended)for drop off you stuff. In total...lovely, nice, cosy cottage, clean and with everything you need. Recommended

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE Paid £400 + £25 insurance (non refundable) for a 2 bed property in Whitby over Easter weekend. No hot water for the entire stay. Reported this on the Sunday morning and was told to press a booster button on the wall - that didn't do anything (I'm not a qualified heating engineer). Was then told online to complete a complaint form. It's now 4 weeks later and many attempts to contact them and i have still not had a satisfactory response or any offer of apology or recompense. Keep receiving e-mails saying that someone will get back to me but they never do. Be warned before you book as i am left extremely disappointed and frustrated.
