“We recently stayed at the Parkside Villa in Harrogate for my Best Friends Hen Party. It was perfect, this house was made for a weekend of fun with the girls. The bedrooms were stunning, there were 12 of us and not once did it feel overcrowded. The kitchen/diner was a great space for our PJ Party, and the NEON light sign was so pretty! It was close by for everything we booked, we could walk everywhere and didn’t need any taxis. We did the escape room, pottery painting, Thai at The Giggling Squid and then onto Manahatta & Revs and the morning of checked out we wandered just 10 minutes for a good Spoons breakfast! Really couldn’t fault it and I will be recommending my SIL who gets married next year!”

“We stayed at Honey cottage in Hinderwell. Lovely little cottage. Clean and tidy on arrival. Dog friendly. Reasonably priced. Very peaceful, picturesque area too. A couple of friendly pubs within walking distance, food was fab too. Only a short drive into Whitby which we love. Host and stay were very professional and kept us informed before during and after stay. Only small criticism would be that the bed in the second bedroom was not really suitable for my 18 year old son. He suffered with a bad back after sleeping in it. More suitable for small child . But apart from that a fantastic little bolt hole. And would highly recommend”

“Would not recommend using this company if you intend on having a relaxing break. We found many issues with the cottage we stayed in include health and safety issues which were not resolved during our stay as promised. It has taken nearly two months to resolve our issues which should not have been issues in the first place if they made sure the cottage was of a lettable standard. Cleaning was extremely poor, property was damp with mildew present, windows painted shut the list goes one... The customer service lady I have dealt with has been great but it shouldn't have taken this long to resolve and agree a refund.”

“We recently stayed at Astoria Close in Broadstairs. The whole place needs a good clean. Dust on many surfaces, cobwebs in the shower room and toilet, floors that had been swept but needed mopping, a dead bird in the outside area (wouldn't call it a garden). Also the bedroom and shower room doors are extremely difficult to open and close as they do not clear the floor.”

“I recently stayed at Flat 4 of this accommodation for a weekend, and overall, it was a mixed experience. Pros: - Great Location: The flat is situated right in the city centre, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. - On-Site Parking: There was on-site parking available, which was a major plus. We have a GLC coupe, and it fit without any issues. - Clear Instructions: The check-in and check-out instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. - Tidy and Well-Stocked: The accommodation was tidy and equipped with all the essentials needed for a weekend stay. Cons: - No Lift: Flat 4 is located on the 2nd floor, and there is no lift. This wasn't a problem for us, but it could be challenging for guests with mobility issues. - Drainage/Sewage Smell: There was a significant issue with a drainage or sewage smell in the en-suite bathroom. The odor was very strong and unpleasant, particularly difficult for me as a pregnant woman to handle. This was really unacceptable and detracted from the overall experience. Summary: The accommodation is fantastic for its location and convenience, and I would consider staying again, but only if the sewage smell issue in the en-suite bathroom is resolved.”

“The apartment is very nice and clean, recently renovated with everything new inside, very comfortable bed with a wonderful view of the river and the park behind the apartment, the Host & stay company are very nice and helpful letting me check in early, the apartment is next to a very large Tesco supermarket where you can find everything and to go to the center you just need to walk for 10 minutes, I recommend it to everyone with your eyes closed, I will be back soon.”

“The cottage is lovely, everything is provided the yard is secure for the dogs and looked great in bloom. The bed is the best a super king absolutely luxurious, slept like logs nice and quiet. Beach near by and other resorts a short drive. Kaskane up the road 10 min walk for good food. We will be back 5 stars.”

“Absolutely beautiful, well furnished home in lovely surroundings. We stayed for 2 nights for a family birthday. Only negative is there was no washing up liquid or tea towels, limited toilet rolls, and only one bin liner, had we been advised before our trip we could have brought our own, but being in the middle of the countryside without any local shops it wasn't ideal.”

“We spent three wonderful days at this holiday house, and it was perfect. The home is cozy and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and the living areas ideal for relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the charming outdoor patio with beautiful sea view and an awsome bird watching experience. The location offers both tranquility and easy access to local attractions and beaches. Peaceful nature walks and nearby restaurants and shops made our stay even better. This house exceeded our expectations and truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommended! Thank you for a memorable stay!”

“Atlanta cottage should be a wonderful place to stay with large rooms and a secure garden in a great position. It was close to a lovely pub which served fabulous food with friendly staff However it was very dirty with mould growing on the kitchen wall and bathroom fittings . The cooker was unhygienic and set the smoke alarm off it was also very rusty and the crockery was dirty. some of the dining room chairs were broken and not safe. The who.e property needed a good clean and grubby fittings replacing”

“If it wasn't for the repeated Emails informing us what we had to do as we left and having to strip the bed we would have awarded 5 stars. This was hassle we could do without, apart from that the house was lovely and clean, plus well appointed as previous stays at other host and stay locations.”
