“I placed an order on a Tuesday and I never received any correspondence for 3 days on when or if the order was shipped. After several emails to customer care I was finally informed that they over sold the item I purchased on that day and that they just received a shipment of the product and it would be shipped that day. The problem I have with this is I should have been informed that the shipment was delayed because it was out of stock.”

“Outstanding company!! I have purchase from them monthly for the past 4 years or more. They always have what I need. Customer service is extremely helpful and nice. The whole site is Quick and easy 😊 The products I buy are excellent, it’s definitely a high quality shop! Absolutely buy from them, you won’t be sorry 😀 My products arrive at my door in a plain box, neatly packaged and it always comes with a printed receipt. You can’t get better than that. The only downfall in my opinion would be the Shipping. It used to take 3 days, so quick! Now it can take up to 5-10 days depending really on how quickly it gets to UPS. If you spend over $125 dollars you do get free shipping. However, in my opinion there should be a better Loyalty program for their long standing customers who have been with their company for at least 8mo. or longer & spend at least $90 dollars or more per order. If you meet that guideline or something like this then you should automatic receive free shipping, or a special discount, something other than the .01 cent on the dollar spent as an incentive to keep coming back. For me saving a $1.49 on my next order just seems rapacious. I always spend over a hundred dollars in my orders and like I said I have been shopping with the company for many years. For me personally, I would buy twice a month or more if I knew my orders would be here in 3 days, or there was a special rate or discounts for their long standing Loyal Patron’s. Overall this is hands down my #1 place to buy my Vaping products.”
