“The site is okay- I have found other sites cheaper. The pods I received are not correct. I always buy Zalt Strawberry Watermelon from another site and the flavor is good but everytime I buy them from this site - they taste terrible. Figured because so much time had passed that maybe they were okay.”

“I used to only use this website because the shipping was fast and prices were cheap. now the shipping is terrible. it took 5 days for the order to even ship then another 4 days to get to my house. they used to have quick 4/5 day shipping. idk what happened but they aren't doing very well.”

“HUGE fan of the site! Ever since I randomly stumbled upon it I've been buying all of my pods, devices etc exclusively from this site! I spend a few hundred dollars every few weeks for the past year or so. The products usually arrive pretty quickly after ordering which is great! My only constructive comment would be that while the price points are reasonable I just wish there were some promotions/discounts that could apply to the orders since I end up spending thousands of dollars over the past few months alone! But I love the site and recommend it to everyone I know who uses pods. The last thing which isn't a HotPodz issue per se however some of the different brands have inconsistent formulas &tastes...for example I only like 1 flavor and ordered it consistently from same brand (eos) every time then the flavor and even color of the pods changed so drastically that I had an allergic reaction to it so I no an own many packs of these pods...I started a new brand (plus pods) in the only flavor I like and so far so good..don't want to jinx it but it hasn't let me down yet! Like I said I'm a huge fan! Just minor complaints including when some pods say they're compatible with certain devices when in actuality they aren't. Some brands won't even fit in some of the devices”

“Got the Coconut Milk CoolPods. They were a cool flavor i couldn't normally acquire and were quite enjoyable. They pulled a little different (mroe force required) than what i'm used to and the end of the Pod was absolutely disgusting the second it hit, but otherwise I'd try them again”

“I'm satisfied with delivery and accuracy but the product isn't that great. I ordered two packs of +pods, they're not the greatest it hits and juices accumulate in my mouth and the effect of the nicotine leaves me sick in the stomach compared to name brand juul pods. I'm not sure if it's just the brand of the pods I purchased but they weren't an enjoyable experience.”
